Customer app onboarding can ask each customer for the contract that fits their CRM customer type — for example, Storage customers sign the Storage Agreement and Events customers sign the Social Agreement. When someone has more than one type, choose whether the type at the top of your list wins or they sign every matching contract. Customers with no mapped type sign your default contracts. Set it up in Settings → Customer onboarding → Contract Signing.
Invoice search now finds records by customer name or email, so you can pull up someone's invoices without knowing the invoice number.
QR stickers can print the customer's last name and the car's VIN under the code, so printed sheets are easier to match to the right vehicle. Turn the lines on per code in Settings → QR codes.
Custom dashboard reports now use the date range you pick for charts, calendars, and the activity feed, including recurring events that fall in that window.
Entering, moving, or checking a car out from the parking map now happens in a single dialog. Checkout defaults to the owner, and you can send the car to one of their contacts or a vendor instead.
Recurring plans on the customer Billing page now show as Auto invoices, with the last payment, the next payment, and the card or bank on file. Opening an invoice stays in the customer app as a branded receipt.
Spreadsheet imports skip extra contacts that match the customer or someone already on the account, and they keep contacts that only have an email address.
A drop-off can no longer be set to Goes out, so completing one never removes the car from its spot. Existing drop-offs set that way are treated as Comes in.
A spouse, assistant, or bookkeeper with portal access can now pay invoices, shop, and use the marketplace — not only the primary account holder.
If a Manual ACH deposit arrives but cannot be matched to an invoice, staff get an email with the amount and memo plus a link to the contact. Follow-ups go out again at 30 and 60 days. Turn it off in personal notification settings as Bank Transfer Waiting to Be Applied.
After a customer copies the routing and account numbers, they can tap I've sent the payment. The invoice stays Not paid yet until the deposit arrives, staff see the sent date, and invoice emails include a pay page with the same details — no sign-in required.
Staff can add a customer's bank account from the contact record, not only a card, by searching for the bank or entering routing and account numbers. Small test deposits confirm the account before it can be charged.
Customers can pay an invoice from their own bank without saving a card — each customer gets routing and account numbers, and the invoice is marked paid when the deposit arrives, usually in 1–3 business days. Turn it on in Settings → Billing as Manual ACH.
Creating a recurring plan now shows the customer's actual first invoice on the review step, including discounts, tax, and processing fees, so you can confirm the charge before it goes out.
Marketing & Events can publish a month and week calendar of your public events with a share link, an embed for any site, or a Calendar section on your facility website. Invite-only, draft, and cancelled events never appear.
Blocked time on the calendar can be opened, moved, or removed from the schedule, including a repeating series, so closed days and hold times stay accurate without a trip to settings.
The Contracts page now lists Needs your signature and Drafts not sent, so you can counter-sign finished customer agreements and send leftover drafts without hunting through every record.
Custom forms can show extra questions only when someone picks certain answers, including a new Yes / No question type. Hidden questions are never required.
A billing setting lets each vehicle attach to a specific line on a multi-item plan, such as an SUV spot versus a sports car spot, and the recurring report then shows one row per item and per car.
Drop-off and pickup can add or remove a car on the customer's recurring plan, or send the change to Vehicle billing updates for review from Payments or the home dashboard. Choose the behavior in Settings → Billing.
Recurring revenue reports now include Unit Price and Quantity columns so you can see how many units a plan bills and what each unit costs, not only the plan total.

Finished events on the calendar now show a green check mark while keeping their event type color, so staff can scan a day's work without opening each appointment.
Turn on the API integration, then add the MCP connector URL (`/api/mcp/v1`) in Claude or Cursor. Staff sign in with OAuth and approve scopes, and the agent can use the same tools as the public API.
Create extra dashboard boards alongside Overview for billing reviews, floor operations, or any mix of charts and panels you want to track separately. Name each report, choose a cover, and keep it private or share it with the team — open Reports from the Overview dashboard.
Customer spreadsheet imports now show which rows are new, which match someone you already have, and exactly which details will change, so you can confirm updates before they are saved.

When you create a recurring plan, each line can use the product's usual tax, a different rate, or no tax, so storage and service charges can follow the right tax without changing the product itself.
Ask AI in the email builder now designs complete, on-brand emails: it finds license-cleared photos that match your request, links buttons to your upcoming events, lays content out in multi-column sections that stack on phones, and reviews its own work before showing it. Long requests stay visible as you type, and the subject line and preview text are filled in for you.
Schedule now includes a 7 Day view between 5 Day and 2 Week, so you can plan a full Sunday through Saturday week without jumping to a two-week grid.
Marketing & Events now has a Marketing Assets tab where you can upload photos, organize folders, and pull in facility photos to reuse in campaigns and emails.
Choose which blocks appear on a customer's contact page and drag to reorder them within their column. The layout applies to every contact for your team — find it under Settings → CRM → Contact page.
The Your Information card in Settings → Customer onboarding now has an Address required switch. Turn it off to let customers register without an address; the public form and validation follow it.

Staff can turn off automatic reminder emails for a single invoice when a customer already arranged to pay another way, without changing team-wide reminder settings. Manual reminder emails still send.
Columns in Filters & Settings now control which details appear on contact cards and in what order, not only the table. Cards grow to show every field you turn on.
Draft invoices can now be opened on a print page so staff can print them or save the page as a PDF.
After someone submits the public registration form, choose **Email and start onboarding** or **Save as a lead**. Your team is notified either way.
Dashboard actions that can reach a customer now ask **Notify the customer?** Choosing **No** skips the customer's email, text, and push so staff can finish an update quietly — team notifications still go out as usual.
When a vehicle leaves the facility, staff choose who is taking it or where it is heading — the customer, another contact, a vendor, or a custom destination — and can set a pickup time.
Service plans can now run only while a car is parked at the facility. Recurring care starts on the day the car was added to a spot or zone, and due items pause when it leaves.
Teams can now enable QuickBooks Online, QuickBooks Desktop, or Xero from Settings → Integrations — one accounting system at a time. Search the catalog, open a card to read what it does, then turn it on and connect without waiting for an admin flag.

Enter a boat hull identification number to fill year and manufacturer automatically. Trailer, motorcycle, and motorhome VINs now use NHTSA when car VIN services do not have a match.
Teams can enable the public API from Settings → Integrations, create scoped API keys, and open interactive docs from the same dialog. Keys support granular read/write scopes across cars, customers, contacts, locations, parking, campaigns, templates, communications, and appointments.

Facilities can apply a service plan to every current vehicle and automatically include new vehicles, with an option to spread first service dates across the billing period by parking location so recurring work is easier to balance.
The staff app now supports iPad with landscape use, tablet-friendly controls, clearer work session headers, and guided installation, making it easier to manage shop floor and front desk work on a larger screen.

Parking assignments can begin at a scheduled drop-off or appointment time instead of moving the vehicle immediately, keeping current occupancy accurate while reserving the right space for an upcoming arrival.
Dashboard quick tasks now use a clearer work dialog, can record one or several team members who completed the task, and can be reopened when more follow-up is needed.
Payment charts and summaries can now focus on the last 7, 14, or 30 days, this month, this year, a calendar quarter, or a custom date range for more useful billing review.
The customer app's bottom navigation is smaller and hides while scrolling on phones and tablets, leaving more room for vehicles, events, billing, and documents.
Before an agreement goes out, a send checklist lets staff review and edit field values in place, choose which answers stay locked and which the signer may change, and select or clear matching vehicles. Drafts you no longer need can be deleted permanently.

Selected team members can strike through text on an unsigned agreement and note the reason for each change. The markups are preserved on the completed PDF as a record of the negotiated terms.
Uploaded contract PDFs now recognize more customer, contact, vehicle, payment, and signature labels, including repeated vehicle and contact rows. Fields snap to printed lines, groups of fields can be moved or copied together, duplicated rows number themselves, and an in-editor guide lists the shortcuts.
Contract templates can include a vehicle's license plate state or region as its own field, separate from the plate number, and uploaded forms recognize common plate and state labels so the vehicle record fills them in.
Customers get branded emails when their signature is recorded, when a facility counter-signature is still needed, and when the agreement is complete — with a link to view or download the signed copy. Selected counter-signers and team contacts are kept informed too.
Agreements built for several vehicles or contacts can let signers add or remove entries while signing. Each vehicle and contact gets its own section, so multi-car and household agreements can be finished without starting over.
New products are saved after the basics step, so price options can be added right inside the setup guide and a product is ready to sell without leaving the flow.
Choose whether shop prices include tax, processing fees, both, or neither, and whether product options appear together or as separate choices. A shop preview shows the result; checkout always charges the correct total.
Invoice reports can be filtered to paid or unpaid invoices and show line-item details. Summary totals and spreadsheet exports follow the filter.
Preview ready-made vehicle storage and social membership agreements, buy a clean copy with the payment method on file, and upload it straight into the template editor to add signing fields.

Drag Checkbox group onto a template to open a dialog for the title, option names, and single or multi select. A dashed box groups those checkboxes on the PDF; double-click it to edit. Set the group to Team (choose on send) or Signer (choose while signing). Required is set on the group, so send and signing ask for one choice or at least one choice.
The Android dashboard app now follows the system back button for in-app navigation, opens invoices and report documents in a dedicated viewer, and keeps controls clear of the device navigation area.
Parking spot and zone views now show richer vehicle details such as photos, owner, plate, color, and key number, with guided actions to move a car to another spot or zone, send it to a vendor, or record that it has left the facility with or without pickup photos.

Staff can move overlapping parking spots forward or backward, or send them directly to the front or back, so tightly arranged floor plans remain clear and save the intended visual order.
Floor plans can now create or update individual and bulk motorcycle spots with a compact half-size footprint, helping facilities represent bike and scooter storage more accurately.
Contract templates can stay valid for 3, 6, 12, or 24 months from signing or through a set date. Templates marked required are tracked on the dashboard, which flags expired and missing agreements, and Contacts can show a Required contracts column.
Team-signs-last templates now have a Counter-signers setting. Staff can search by name or email, pick more than one person, and any selected team member can complete the facility signature.
After a new car is taken in or assigned to a customer, staff can add it to a current required agreement that has vehicle fields. If that agreement is already full, they can replace a listed vehicle or send a new contract. Archiving, marking sold, or deleting a car that is still listed on a signed contract asks whether to amend that agreement and remove it.
Select contacts and send contracts or change CRM stages together. A guided wizard shows who is ready and what still needs filling in; sends are confirmed first, then run as a job you can pause, resume, and retry without duplicate signing emails.
After selecting multiple fields on a contract template, staff can mark them required or amendable together instead of editing one field at a time.
Facilities can set default staff alerts, while each team member can choose all scheduled work, assigned work, or specific activities and receive updates by email, text, or push notification.
Marketplace product and booking pages now show each option with its photo, price, billing schedule, and a clearer selection indicator, while longer descriptions can open in a focused detail view to help customers compare choices before purchasing or booking.
